what is up everybody I hope you’re having a good day welcome back to another video I am here with my little mess-up on if you do not know these these are amazing Mexican sweet so excellent alexxa please switch off guess what I simply got a therapist I had my very first treatment session last night and it was hmm how can I put this special it was certainly unique I was shaking I was like almost shuddering and she was like why are you shaking and I resembled I’m not shaking I’m not shaking I’m fine I guarantee I’m great but no I wasn’t great reality is I’ve never had a therapist ever in my life and I seem like there resembles this odd stigma with therapy and America.

where it’s like oh if you have a therapist you resemble a kook or you’re psycho or there’s something seriously wrong with you or you’re incredibly depressed and super self-destructive but the truth is everybody is worthy of treatment like everybody deserves somebody on their team on their side who wants to be open and listen and be impartial and I didn’t have that individual I’ve never had that person I have actually always had people in my life for ya they’re great.

pals and I have had amazing pals in my life and I still do and I have amazing parents in my life and I have incredible siblings in my life but they aren’t they’re prejudiced they know me they they they see me all the time they know my past they know my goals so it’s not the same it’s not like talking to a source that is experienced in this field and mental health it is kind of expensive here for me it’s about $65 a week and I’m utilizing talk space which is a platform see this is why I like the future and I have actually always the Aquarius in me constantly enjoys.
the future since there’s so much development like I do not even have to step out of my home to go like seek treatment I can do it all from my phone which’s I like innovative applications like that so I have this platform I downloaded this app called talk area check out the link in the description box listed below if you wish to check out talk space it’s very intriguing I did not know that there was such a platform like that where you simply download an app and after that you’re immediately matched with a therapist as if it were tinder and it was like whoa like that was fast so I saw this therapist I do not want to say her name because that’s kind of awkward however I saw this therapist and she looked really fun and extremely like my style she simply looked enjoyable and I saw her video she recorded like an introduction video that people can click on I prepared on it and she just looked so fun she looked so like open and like like she’s got my back so I selected her she’s based in LA as well so I simply seemed like okay cool she’s from LA she sort of gets the ambiance she notes she understands what she understands what I go through living in LA so I chose her and yeah we had our very first session and it was incredible so this is the way talk space works you release the application you address a series of questions like are you depressed however you say you are depressed would you say you’re suicidal but what what would you like assist with blah blah blah questions like that and after that you get matched with three therapists and you can pick one of those therapists to be your personal counselor for.

the month I seem like there’s just a lot of moments that are unhealed within me so talking about it with a pal isn’t going to assist because often they are part of the problem and you do not even understand it so times you require somebody who is unaware of the ear scenario uninformed of your life and your childhood somebody that is completely unbiased and on your group so I just seem like I needed to have someone on my team that is really going to support me what was that Alexa switch off oh I believe my one of my plans.
